Fermenting tanks serve to produce red wine by using the classical immersion procedure method. The must floating on the surface is immersed at pre-determined intervals by a pneumatically operated element. The immersion intervals are controlled automatically by a special timing device. After the season, the immersion element may be removed and the tank used for storage of liquid foodstuff. |
